ENCO maintains redundant certifications across all of our laboratories. Each is NELAP certified with Florida as the certifying state. Their FDOH certification numbers are: Jacksonville - E82277, Orlando - E83182, Cary - E87610. NELAP certification provides for reciprocal approvals for all states participating in the NELAP program. Additionally, each laboratory is certified in North Carolina, and both Orlando and Jacksonville maintain South Carolina certifications. ENCO is also certified to perform Drinking Water testing in Florida and North Carolina.

top What is ENCO's standard turnaround time?

ENCO typically processes routine work within 5 business days. Standard quoted TAT is 5-7 working days for routine environmental testing. More comprehensive testing or deliverables such as (for example, TCLP or Appendix II or expanded packages) may be seven to ten (10) working days. Drinking Water and wastewater are ten (10) working days.

top Does ENCO perform RUSH turnaround analysis?

ENCO is well equipped with redundant certifications and capabilities to provide RUSH analysis for most parameters. RUSH projects typically involve a nominal surcharge. However, RUSH projects must be scheduled in advance in order to insure the lab can reserve capacity and plan for your project.

top Does ENCO provide customized kits and pre-labeled bottles?

ENCO was a pioneer in the provision of pre-labeled sample containers. As part of our routine service, ENCO will print customized sample and project labels that allow you to simply fill in the sampler name and the date/time information on the bottles. Sample kits are further segregated by individual sample point to reduce your cost and time in the field.

top Does ENCO offer shipping and/or courier service?

ENCO routinely provides courier service for projects within reasonable distances from our laboratories. ENCO also provides for free outbound sample kit shipping by ground service.

top Can ENCO provide electronic data deliverables?

ENCO can provide almost any format requested from Excel spreadsheets to customized database formats, including ERPIMS variations, ADAPT, and SEDD. All EDDs are generated directly from our LIMS database without manual entry, and are fully reproducible from the original dataset.

top Can ENCO provide extended data deliverables?

ENCO has the capability to generate Level III and Level IV forms and data packages for data validation for a nominal surcharge. Specifications for data packages should be discussed with the laboratory prior to sample arrival.
