Matthew Foti grew up on Long Island New York and moved to Florida in 1982. After completing High School in Port Orange Florida, he earned his B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Central Florida in 1993. Matthew went on to earn his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1998. That same year he accepted a position with ENCO Laboratories, Inc. as a Technical Manager, and in the year 2000 was promoted to Laboratory Manager. After more than 10 years of service Matthew continues to have a passion for his work and particularly enjoys educating his staff and his clients in the field of chemistry. He is also happy to discuss some of his many hobbies including boating, flying, camping, and scale radio-controlled model building.

David Camacho grew up in lower Alabama, more specifically northwest Florida, Ft Walton Beach, Destin, Navarre, Pensacola area.   After high school he attended UCF and earned a BS in Micro and Molecular Biology.   He has been with ENCO since August of 2005, and originally started off in the semi-volatile extractions department. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, as well as various outdoor activities such as mountain biking, dirt biking, camping, and canoeing.   He also enjoys indoor activities such as video games, surfing the web and long vegetative states on the couch.
