Job Title: Operations Manager
Description: ENCO is seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage the Operations of the Cary, North Carolina facility. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication skills and superb troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities shall include day-to-day management of laboratory operations encompassing scheduling, staffing, and production. The Operations Manager would coordinate with Department Managers to ensure production goals were met while meeting ENCO’s quality standards and maintenance goals.
Requirements: Candidates must have chromatography experience related to GC, GCMS, and HPLC. Experience with ICP and/or ICPMS is also preferred.

ENCO is seeking both experienced and entry-level degreed chemists for key positions in our organic and inorganic production groups. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a strong understanding of basic chemistry, be detail-oriented, and work well in a deadline-oriented production environment. Formal experience with state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and techniques is a plus. Strong computer skills are desirable.

The successful candidate will be a team player, be trainable and detail-oriented, and work well in a deadline-oriented production environment. Experience in a chemistry laboratory setting and strong computer skills are desirable.
